5. Purchase contract

6. Prices
The price of the products you request is the price shown on the web at the time of confirmation of your order. The order will be confirmed by email by means of a confirmation mail for receiving your order. All prices are in euros, VAT included.
If an error is found in the price of the products you have asked, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will offer the possibility of reconfirming your order order with the correct price or canceling said order. If you cancel it, we will reimburse the sum that has been withdrawn from your credit card for the products subject to the order.
In addition to the price of products, payment of shipping costs will be required. You will be informed of the aforementioned shipping costs when you order. Shipping costs will be set by transport.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but we will apply existing prices at the time of order.
7. Payment
The payment of the products will be made by credit card or PayPal, being the payment currency the euro.
The accepted credit cards are shown in the web payment pages.
The banking entity of your credit card will authorize it at the time of order. In the event that the amount cannot be charged, regardless of the reason, the order will be immediately canceled.
To avoid fraud, payments made through this website are always managed by point of sale with the banking entities involved.
In case of payment for transfers, an email will be sent by informing the beneficiary account and having to put the assigned order number.
ICOMED will retain the ownership of the goods sold until we have received the total payment of the agreed price and transport charges, as well as the possible interests due to the delay in the payment and/or compensation to which it would have room.
8. Delivery
All products are delivered from our supply centers we will make the necessary efforts to deliver the products in charge of the estimated deadlines (e.g. approximately 7 working days, if there is product availability). Keep in mind that delivery deadlines are estimated, they are not guaranteed and should not be held as such.
If your product is not delivered within the specified period, please contact atcliente@maletasgreenwich.com indicating your order number, order date and name or email. This will help us track your order and communicate the delivery date. If it were not possible to deliver the products in the estimated deadlines, ICOMED will not have any responsibility for any delay in which it has incurred or the possible consequences derived.
If you have not received any order article in the 30 days following the shipping notice for E-mail, you will have the option to cancel your order and request the complete refund. If you want to cancel your order at the end of that period, please notify it through the aforementioned email requesting the total refund. If the requested product has not been delivered, we will reimburse the total amount including shipping costs.
We only carry out transport by messaging or transport companies. Note that signature is required at receiving the order. All products must be signed by a person over 18. If there is no one in the competent delivery address to accept the delivery of the products, you will be asked to contact our transport service to set an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the products.
The ownership of the products and the risk of damage of the products are ceded at the time of delivery. 9. Right of withdrawal
You have a right to withdraw 14 calendar days from the reception of the goods by you or a third of your choice.

The client must send a package to Icomed with:

The products must be correctly protected, in their original packaging, in a perfect condition for their resale (without damage, breaks or dirty), with all its accessories, instruction and documentation manuals.

The return may not be carried out in any case if the products supplied were manifestly subject to use. Shipments that do not include any element that allow to identify the sender (request No., return, name, surname and address) will not be accepted.
10. Guarantee
All our products have a guarantee in the field of the European Union of 3 years which covers possible manufacturing defects, starting from the moment of purchase of the item.
Guarantee conditions:
- The guarantee of the products manufactured by ICOMED is only applicable in the European Union scope, without prejudice to another manufacturer offering a superior guarantee, in which case you must contact it to make your guarantee effective.
- The warranty described only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and scratches or transport damage (such as, for example , airlines); Cosmetic damage such as scratches, abolish, spots, color changes or other non -functional changes in the appearance of the product. 11. Limitation of responsibility
The terms and conditions of this agreement do not affect their legal rights. We will not be responsible for:
