Shipping policy

All products are delivered from our supply centers we will make the necessary efforts to deliver the products in charge of the estimated deadlines (e.g. approximately 4 working days, if there is product availability). Keep in mind that delivery deadlines are estimated - they are not guaranteed and should not be held as such.

If your product is not delivered within the specified period, please contact atcliente@malatasgreenwich.com indicating your order number, order date and name or email. This will help us track your order and communicate the delivery date. If we do not deliver the products in the estimated deadlines, we will not have any responsibility with any delay in which we have incurred or the consequences of any delay.

If you have not received any order article in the 30 days following the shipping notice by e-mail, you will have the option to cancel your order and request the full refund. If you want to cancel your order at the end of that period, please notify us requesting the total refund. If the requested product has not been delivered, we will reimburse the total amount including shipping costs.

We only carry out transport by messaging or transport companies. Note that signature is required at receiving the order. All products must be signed by a person over 18. If there is no one in the competent delivery address to accept the delivery of the products, you will be asked to contact our transport service to set an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the products.

The ownership of the products and the risk of damage of the products are ceded at the time of delivery. If when delivery occurs, the packaging is damaged, you are asked to open the package in the presence of the messenger or carrier to verify the conditions of the products. In case of product damage, you must write them down in the delivery note and contact atclient@maletasgreenwich.com.

Deliveries cannot be made in postal sections.

For defective or delivered products by mistake, we will also reimburse the return costs in which you have incurred to return the article. According to the availability, we will send a new shipping notice by e-mail and we will send you automatically and immediately the correct product assuming the shipping costs, in the event that the same article will not remain in stock we will reimburse the amount of the purchase.
